Women are diverse in their backgrounds, abilities and knowledge, but many lack the mentorship and support to reach their full professional potential. Phoenix President, Pam donated her time and knowledge to facilitate a workshop at Amakon – The Women Forum, to help women define their personal brand. We’ve taken a sneaky look at Pam’s presentation (shhh!) – here is some of her advice:

Personal branding is managing the perception of how others see you. It is what you say, what you do, and how you act. It’s you.

  1. Understand your brand – know what you stand for
  2. Understand your differentiation – know what sets you apart from others
  3. Be authentic – live it.
